Wow! What a team! I went to David when other lenders wouldn’t do my loan. I explained our situation to David and gave him a run down on why our application was rejected by other lenders. David was very prompt in researching our unique condition and came back with a positive response within an hour of my first phone call to him. Based on his response, we agreed to put in an application with him and he got us from loan application to clear-to-close in less than 2 weeks! To add to that, he was very communicative and kept me in loop with where we were in the process so that was greatly appreciated. Never during the entire process did I ever feel that was he trying to push me into signing an application with them, something I've found a lot of people in the business tend to do. It was refreshing to see someone really trying to help you and not just get you to sign a loan with them so they can make some money off of you. I am so glad I found David. I cannot recommend David and his team enough. You have earned a customer for life, David! Thank you again!

I strongly recommend David Shear and his team (from his assistant to Title company) for any mortgage loan or refinance. He is smart, calm, concise, direct and delivers what he promises. I have used David now for 4 loans over 3 years as an investor for SFH in south Florida. He is nothing short but incredible to work with. He is very experienced and confident, and to the point.
